The meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by John LeReche (all but Patricia Karlsson were present.)

Minutes: The minutes of the 16 May 2000 Annual Meeting were reviewed and approved.

The meeting commenced with a unanimous Board decision that all Board members would retain their current positions. Patricia Karlsson assumes the position of Director.

Old Business:

1. The Board approved the Annual Budget which had been presented at the 16 May 2000 Annual Meeting. A copy is attached
2. Pete Blondin indicated that he would draft a Cluster letter to the residents of xxxx Lakewinds Drive requesting that they remove or register their vehicle under threat of towing. (The letter was sent and the residents did remove the vehicle.)
3. Linda Rule reported that 16 homeowners had expressed interest in pursuing a ‘group’ re-roofing bid buy home model. Linda agreed to pursue such a bid in a manner similar to that undertaken for glass replacement in the previous year.
4. Bob McCausland volunteered to pursue pricing information on mailbox replacement as discussed at the Annual meeting.

New Business:

1. Pete Blondin was requested to send a letter to the Curry’s regarding their need for Reston Association approval for their deck modifications.
2. Tom Mulkerin will pursue the question regarding the impact of Interest Bearing Accounts on the Cluster’s Tax Exempt status.
3. Bob McCausland and Pete Blondin will look over the Cluster with an eye toward identifying Homeowner Maintenance items requiring attention.
4. The Board reviewed and signed-off on numerous homeowner submitted alteration requests to the Reston Association.

The next meeting will be held on 12 September at Bob McCausland’s home at 7 pm.
