The meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by John LeReche (all were present.)

Minutes: The minutes of the 14 November 2000 Board Meeting were reviewed and approved.

Old Business:

1. Linda Rule reported that the ‘group’ re-roofing was nearing completion.
2. Bob McCausland indicated that he would continue to seek pricing data for mailboxes.

New Business:

1. Linda Rule discussed our need for a continued grounds maintenance contract. She requested and received Board approval to continue with Genesis for this effort for the next 2 years.
2. Patricia Karlsson and Linda Rule agreed to develop a proposed alternative for exterior lights to amend our Cluster standards.
3. The Board agreed to concur with the Reston Association’s recommended path markers around Lake Thoreau.
4. Pete Blondin agreed to seek a reservation at Langston Hughes Intermediate School for our May Annual Meeting.

The next meeting will be 6 March 2001 at Linda Rule’s home at 7 pm. (Later revised to be 21 March 2001 at Tom Mulkerin’s home.)
