The meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by John LeReche (all were present except Linda Rule)

Minutes: The minutes of the 30 January 2001 Board Meeting were reviewed and approved.

Old Business:

1. Patricia Karlsson and Linda Rule are still developing a proposed alternative for exterior lights to amend our Cluster standards.
2. Bob McCausland indicated that he would continue to seek pricing data for mailboxes.
3. Pete Blondin reported that he had obtained a reservation at Langston Hughes Intermediate School for our Annual Meeting for Wednesday 9 May 2001.

New Business:

1. A request to remove a tree from Cluster property on Lagoon Lane was approved by the Board.
2. Tom Mulkerin asked the Board’s permission to initiate Cluster correspondence with a Cluster member who was falling behind in dues payment. The Board concurred.
3. The Board decided to get together at a mid-April meeting to prepare for the Annual Meeting.

The next meeting will be 17 April 2001 at Pete Blondin’s home at 7:30 pm.
