The meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by John LeReche (all were present.)

Minutes: The minutes of the 21 September 2000 Board Meeting were reviewed and approved.

Old Business:

1. Linda Rule reported on the ‘group’ re-roofing. Work on participating homes has now begun.
2. Bob McCausland indicated that he would seek pricing data for replacement mailboxes.
3. Bob McCausland will provide a 2^nd look at the Cluster with an eye toward identifying additional maintenance items requiring attention.

New Business:

1. The Board reviewed and signed-off on numerous homeowner submitted alteration requests to the Reston Association.
2. Linda Rule discussed our need for a new Snow Removal contract. She requested and received Board approval to proceed with Genesis for this effort.
3. Linda Rule indicated that she would be publishing a revised stain notice for the Cluster.
4. John LeReche indicated that he would renew efforts to find alternative exteriors lights to establish replacement Cluster standards.

The next meeting will be 16 January 2001 at John LeReche’s home (2025 Lakewinds) at 7 pm. (Later revised to be 30 January 2001.)
