The meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by John LeReche (all  were present)

Minutes:  The minutes of the 19 February 2002 Board Meeting were reviewed and approved.

Old Business: 

1. Pete Blondin reported on homes with stain variations and maintenance problems.  Pete will prepare letters to those Cluster members requesting adherence to approved stains and maintenance where required. 
2. Pete Blondin was able to reserve the Langston Hughes cafeteria for the Cluster Annual Meeting on the 1^st Tuesday in May … 7 May 2002.
3. Linda Rule provided an update on seeking bids for repaving Cluster streets and making curb repairs.  She estimates that $70,000 to $75,000 will be required.

New Business: 

1. Tom Mulkerin and Linda Rule conducted a discussion of items for possible inclusion in the Cluster’s 2002-2003 Annual Budget.
2. The Board discussed the likely need for a dues increase and the extension of the Special Assessment.  Additionally, their appears to be a need to establish and set an Emergency Reserve Objective for the Cluster.   The Board concluded that we should go ahead with repaving this year and begin a Carport Refurbishment program on Lagoon Lane in the spring of 2003.
3. John LeReche & Bob McCausland provided a brief discussion of Cluster Lighting issues.

The next meeting will be 7 May 2002 at 7:30 pm at Langston Hughes Middle School  for the Cluster’s Annual Meeting.
