The meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by John LeReche (all  were present)

Minutes:  The minutes of the 13 November 2001 Board Meeting were reviewed and approved.

Old Business: 

1. Pete Blondin looked through the Cluster for homes with Stain variations and maintenance problems.  Pete will prepare letters to those Cluster members requesting adherence to approved stains and maintenance where required. 
2. Bob McCausland will contact Lakewinds Cluster homeowners with excessive debris in their yards and request corrective actions.

New Business: 

1. Linda Rule provided a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking bids for repaving Cluster streets and making curb repairs as required.  The Board approved the RFP and commended Linda for her efforts.  Linda was requested to issue the RFP and commence obtaining bids. 
2. Linda is still preparing RA requests to facilitate the new ‘Mission’ and ‘Brass’ lighting fixtures and to allow the use of modern recycled plastic for deck surfaces and Patricia will call the County to see about enlarging and making our Lakewinds sign more visible.
3. Bob McCausland will check out the ‘cut’ electrical cable along the path between Lagoon and Lakewinds Drive.
4. Pete Blondin will attempt to reserve the Langston Hughes cafeteria for the Cluster Annual Meeting on either the 1^st or 2^nd Tuesday in May. 

The next Board meeting will be 9 April 2002 at 7:30 pm at Pete Blondin’s home to prepare an agenda for the Annual Meeting.

The meeting was later rescheduled for April 16^th at Patricia’s home.
