The meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by John LeReche (all were present except Linda Rule)

Minutes: The minutes of the 9 May 2001 Annual Meeting were reviewed and approved.

Old Business:

1. The preliminary Budget that had been reviewed at the 9 May 2001 Annual Meeting was approved by the Board as the budget for the upcoming 2001-2002 Fiscal Year.
2. The Board decided to have its members retain the same positions that they had held during the previous year.

New Business:

1. The Board discussed various topics concerning the appearance of various items in the Cluster. The Board decided to request the xxxx's to replace/repaint their new white clad windows (at the rear of their home) with the standard brown color in the Cluster’s exterior specifications.
2. Pete Blondin will look through the Cluster for any unregistered automobiles and prepare correspondence to their owners.
3. Pete Blondin discussed the updated Commonwealth of Virginia Property Owners Association (POA) rules. Based on the new rules the Cluster needs to announce all Cluster & Board meetings and provide a mechanism for Cluster homeowners and residents to communicate with each other about the Cluster. Pete Blondin and Bob McCausland volunteered to acquire a Domain name for the Cluster and begin the development and publication of a Cluster Web Site.
4. The Board decided to establish a standard meeting date and time for itself. The Board set aside 7:30 pm on the 2^nd Tuesday of every odd numbered month as the norm. Pete Blondin agreed to host the 1^st meeting and Tom Mulkerin the 2^nd meeting. Other Cluster homeowners will be sought out to host Board meetings beginning in the year 2002.

The next Board meeting will be 11 September 2001 at 7:30 pm at Pete Blondin’s home.
