The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Bill Cook.  All members were present.

New Business: 

1.       Linda provided repaving bid information from two contractors.  K&K Paving and Dominion Paving.  Both bids contained additional charges for curb work.  Linda is waiting for one additional bid from Brooks Brothers.  When received Linda will pass the info to all board members for a decision.

2.       Bill will develop a news letter for the new owner’s packet addressing reframing for feeding the geese and other wild animals.

3.       Discussed current budget and expenses in anticipation of proposed annual cluster meeting.

Next meeting:  Wednesday , 7 May 2003 at 7:30 pm at Bill Cooks home.
