The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Bill Cook.  All members were present.

New Business: 

1. First meeting of newly elected board members.  Motion made and passed for board members to hold the positions indicated above.
2. Motion made and passed to accept the 2003-2004 budget that maintains the association dues at $300 per quarter.
3. Finalize coordination for paving, curb work and striping:
1. Jim & Bill will distribute new driveway flyers
2. Bill will generate and distribute a flyer notifying home owners to move auto from curb work areas on June 23, 2003
3. Jim will coordinate with T&T towing to move cars if required on the days curb work and striping are accomplished
4. Jim will identify & document parking space numbers and fax to Jay at American Striping
5. Jim & Bill will generate and distribute flyer notifying home owners to move auto to street during striping on Monday June 30 2003

Next meeting:  Thursday, 14 August 2003 at 7:30 pm at Mary’s home.
