Meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Charlie
Russell. Janice Esser and Linda Rule did not attend.
Minutes: The minutes of the previous board meeting on November 29,
2004, were reviewed, accepted with corrections, and submitted to Peter Blondin
for posting to the Cluster’s website.
Old
Business:
- Grounds Report: There was no grounds report. The board did note
that the snow plowing for the first storm of this winter was carried out
with no problems at all.
- Dale Seastrom reported traffic signs for the fire lane have been
moved and are awaiting painting by the cluster. This will take place in the
spring.
- Treasury Report: Charlie Russell reported that over $7,000 of the
quarterly dues were received.
- Jim Naughton reported on his work on a flyer to encourage neighbors
to be considerate of each other. The board is concerned about noise levels
from pets as well as people and the proper removal of dog droppings from the
cluster grounds.
- In the meeting of Oct 18,2004, the board voted that all exteriors
should be painted to the new color established in Y2K by December 31, 2005.
Linda Rule has been tasked with putting together a notice with the correct
palette to be distributed to the cluster.
New
Business:
- Discussion of the need for new mailboxes occurred and will
continue. Some of the mailboxes are in very bad shape and will need to be
replaced in the near future. Dale Seastrom will discuss the situation with
Linda Rule and report back to the board on types and cost of the mailboxes.
Next meeting: March 21 at 7:30 at Dale Seastrom’s house.
