Charles Russell called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM at Langston Hughes Intermediate School cafeteria. Table I shows those attending.

Business:

1. New mailbox installation: John Newcomb reported that new mailboxes can be installed at any time. The Board has authorized this installation, one pedestal at a time as needed.
2. Treasurer’s Report: Mary Medlin presented the FY 2005 report and FY 2006 budget and answered questions. No objections were raised.
3. Grounds Maintenance: Linda Rule presented the grounds improvements for 2005 and plans for 2006.  
4. Boat Storage. Bob Hanlon presented the revised Boat Storage policy and made copies available. An item of particular importance is to identify and remove all abandoned boats in the Cluster. He expects Reston Association to help in this task. Questions were asked about how to comply and how much time will be allowed for compliance. Bob and Harriet Hanlon are handling details.
5. Cluster Incorporation Status: Cluster incorporation status is current until June, 2006.  The Treasurer will pay the annual incorporation fee ($25) to the State Corporation Commission at that time.  RA keeps close watch on this matter and will help us if we have any questions.
6. Election of Officers: Mary Medlin’s and Jim Naughton’s terms have expired. Norm Krasnegor and Pat Karlsson were nominated to fill the vacancies and were approved by acclamation.
