Lakewinds Cluster Services
The Cluster owns and maintains two docks and canoe racks for the use of all residents. Many of the homes in the Cluster are 'Deeded Waterfront Property' and have the right to dock boats at their shoreline (in compliance with Reston Association Policy). Other non-waterfront homeowners are allowed to dock boats under Cluster guidelines.
