This mooring slot is available to any Lakewinds-II Cluster resident for a seasonal rental fee of $60. The season begins on April 1 of the current year and ends on March 31 of the next year.  This fee is in addition to fees charged by Reston Association.  All boats moored in Lakewinds-II Cluster must be fully compliant with Reston Association rules and fees.  For further details, consult the Lakewinds-II Cluster Boat Mooring Policy, current edition, available from the Cluster Board Secretary or via the Lakewinds-II Cluster Web Site,  www.lakewindscluster.org
