This storage rack space is available to any Lakewinds-II Cluster resident for a seasonal rental fee of $60. The season begins on April 1 of the current year and ends on March 31 of the next year.  This fee is in addition to fees charged by Reston Association.  All boats stored in Lakewinds-II Cluster must be fully compliant with Reston Association rules and fees.  Boats stored on the racks must be taken out of the water when not in use.  For further details, consult the Lakewinds-II Cluster Boat Mooring Policy, current edition, available from the Cluster Board Secretary or via the Lakewinds-II Cluster Web Site:  www.lakewindscluster.org
