Road & Pavement Maintenance

The Cluster "owns" its two roads, Lakewinds Drive and Lagoon Lane, and is responsible for the maintenance of their blacktop pavement, as well as for the concrete sidewalks and curbs that border these streets.  Individual homeowners are responsible for maintain the walkways and patios that lie within their lot lines.

The Cluster currently plans to repave all blacktop during 2002.  Resources for this project are currently being collected in a Special Assessment.  Volunteers are sought to help prepare for this major evolution.  Please contact any Board Member (see Cluster Contacts) to discuss volunteering for project planning.
